Our modern Restaurant Maximilian Bircher, with a breathtaking view over the city and lake has a flexible capacity up to 84 people.
The weekly offer consists of a three course business lunch. You can choose between a selection of vegetarian, fish or meat options. A vitality dish is always available too. We guarantee one hour service for our business lunches, including coffee for groups below 20 attendees. We create seasonal menus for groups to choose from.
For dinner we feature a variation of fresh à la carte dishes. For groups we offer our special prepared four course menu along with our selected wines. Here again, you can choose between a variety of dishes.
Our chef will be delighted to create exclusive menu suggestions on special request or for groups.
