Our credo: fresh, seasonal, innovative, well-balanced and, whenever possible, locally grown. Our chefs compose meals prepared from seasonal freshness paired with creative ideas.

Our modern Restaurant Maximilian Bircher, with a breathtaking view over the city and lake has a flexible capacity up to 84 people.

The weekly offer consists of two or three course business lunches. Choose from a flexible offer that has something for every taste and budget. We guarantee one hour service for our business lunches, including coffee for groups below 20 attendees.  

For dinner we feature a variation of fresh à la carte dishes. For groups we offer our special prepared multi-course menus along with our selected wines. Our kitchen team is happy to consider all common dietary requirements (vegi, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free).

Our chef will be delighted to create exclusive menu suggestions on special request or for groups.

The restaurant is a non-smoking facility.

Breakfast

Our rich, international breakfast buffet is included in the guest room fee. We welcome you at the following times: Monday to Friday 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Saturday to Sunday 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Lunch

Our business lunches can be enjoyed from noon to 2:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday).

Dinner

For dinner, our team welcomes you from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Monday - Thursday & Sunday), Friday & Saturday closed.
